Norma Dean Blankenship

Mrs. Norma Dean Blankenship, 85 of Snyder,TX died on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.

Services for Mrs. Blankenship will be held on Saturday, November 02, 2019, at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Chapel with Hospice Chaplain Kinney Robinson officiating. Internment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Blankenship was born on March 28, 1934 in Ackerley, Texas to Barney Otis Springfield and Neva Mattie King. She married James "Bill" Blankenship on April 22, 1956 in Ackerley, Texas. He preceded her in death on August 14, 2019. Dean was a member of First Baptist Church in Snyder and was Co-Owner and office manager of Blankenship Packers. She earned her teaching degree from Texas Tech University in 1970 and taught kindergarten in Ira for many years.

Visitation will be held Friday, November 01, 2019 from 6 PM to 7 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
