Constance 'Connie' Joan Stom, age 81, passed away on January 21, 2013 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas after a lengthy illness. She, and her husband, James Liner, enjoyed many years of companionship. Their favoerite activities included the Snyder Senior Center and Western Swing dances.
Connie was born in Humboldt, Kansas on November 19, 1931. She and her then husband Gene Stom moved to Snyder in 1970. Throughout her adult life, Connie's main occupation was that of a seamstress. Connie was a member at First United Methodist Church.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Helen Wrestler, her first husband, Guy Eugene Stom and their daughter, Kathy Magaro.
Connie is survived by her husband James Liner of Snyder; a step-son and wife- Fred and Donna Liner; three grandsons, two step granddaughters; and three step great grandchildren. She is also survived by her former son-in-law Dan Magaro.
The funeral service will be Friday, January 25 at 10AM at First United Methodist Church in Snyder, Texas. The burial will be held at 2 PM Saturday in Bowie, Texas.
