Verna Virginia Drake age 91 of , McKinney, TX , died Monday, January 21, 2013 at Homestead of McKinney in McKinney, TX after a lengthy illness.

Services for Mrs. Drake will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Hillside Memorial Gardens with Rev. Harold Eldridge officiating.

Mrs. Drake was born on April 10, 1921 in Eastland Co, TX to Earl and Lilla (Wilkerson) Henson. She married Andrew Jackson Drake on March 25, 1940 in Olden, Tx. He died in 1982.

She is survived by:
Two daughters,
Brenda Eldridge and husband Harold of Melissa, TX
Ann Hardin of Midland, TX
One son
Kenneth Drake and wife Joyce, Frisco, TX
Eight Grand Children
Eleven Great Grand Children
Three Great Great Grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one son, Johnny Drake.
