Katherine Frances Elkins

Katherine Frances Elkins age 95 of Austin, TX, died Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Brodie Ranch Rehab and Healthcare in Austin, Texas after a lengthy illness.

Services for Mrs. Elkins will be held on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home with Rev. Bryan Adams officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Elkins was born on May 15, 1917 in Tatum, NM to Everett and Vergie (Stringer) Scrivner. She married Herman Elkins on December 27, 1935 in Snyder, Tx. He preceded her in death on May 7, 2001.

She is survived by:
1 Son - Kin Elkins & wife Brenda, Abilene, TX
1 Daughter - Karon Teague & husband Wells, Austin, TX
5 Grandchildren
2 Great Grandchildren

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and a brother; W.C. 'Dub' Scrivner.
