Katie Ruth Smith

Katie Ruth Smith age 96 of Midland, formerly Snyder , died Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at Desert Garden Nursing Home in Midland, Texas after a lengthy illness.

Services for Mrs. Smith will be held on Friday, February 22, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home with Rev. Clay Giddens officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Smith was born on July 31, 1916 in Winters, TX to Warren A. and Ida A. (Hill) Danford. She married Marvin Smith on January 08, 1936 in Ballinger, Texas. He preceded her in death on February 15, 2005.

She is survived by:

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 21, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
