Edith Wanda Goodlett

Wanda Goodlett age 89 of Dunn, TX, died Sunday, March 10, 2013 at her residence in Dunn after a short illness.

Services for Mrs. Goodlett will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Faith Baptist Church with Pastor Nicky Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Dunn Cemetery under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Goodlett was born on September 21, 1923 in Gary, TX to Homer and Ruth (Hooker) Harrison. She married Eunice J. Goodlett on November 27, 1940 in Big Spring, Texas. He preceded her in death on August 28, 2007. She was a long time resident of Scurry County having lived here for 83 years. She was a housewife and a member of Faith Baptist Church in Snyder.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter; Elizabeth Goodlett, a son; Kenneth Goodlett, son in law; Sammy Lara, and a great grandson; John David Chandler.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 12, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
