Dona Frances Womble

Dona Frances Womble age 102 of Hermleigh, TX, died Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at Cogdell Memorial Hospital in Snyder, Texas after a brief illness.

Services for Mrs. Womble will be held on Friday, June 21, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home with Rev. Alan Culp officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Womble was born on October 12, 1910 in Concho County, TX to James Andrew and Fannie (Gifford) Welty. She married L.D. Womble on September 12, 1933 in Paint Rock, Texas. He preceded her in death on November 26, 1986. She was a housewife and a member of Faith Baptist Church. She will be affectionately remembered as Nanny Womble.

She is survived by:

10 Grandchildren
23 Great Grandchildren
5 Great Great Grandchildren

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Billie Hulme; four sisters, and three brothers.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 20, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
