Modena Marie Sullenger

Modena Marie Sullenger age 90 of Snyder, died Sunday, July 14, 2013 at Cogdell Memorial Hospital in Snyder, Texas after a lengthy illness.

Graveside services for Mrs. Sullenger will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Snyder Cemetery with Mr. Ted Tatum and Mr. Don Tatum officiating under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Sullenger was born on May 12, 1923 in Slaton, Texas to James and Pluma Mae (Nelson) Varner. She married J.T. Sullenger on December 24, 1942 in Snyder. He preceded her in death on June 26, 1997.

She is survived by:
1 Son - Larry Sullenger, Snyder, TX
1 Sister - Melba Buchanan, Benbrook, TX
1 Brother - Royce Varner, Arlington, TX

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, one sister; Mattie Moody, and two brothers; Wilbert Varner and Billie Varner.

Visitation will be Wednesday, July 17, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
