Services for Maria Ophelia Hernandez will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home with Rev. Cliff Phillips officiating.

Mrs. Hernandez was born on January 15, 1945 in Knippa, TX to Ishmael and Anita (Ramirez) Rodriguez.

She is survived by:
