George June Lee

George Lee age 88 of Snyder, TX, passed away Saturday, December 28, 2013 at his residence in Snyder, Texas after a lengthy illness.

Services for George Lee will be held on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home with Rev. Carl Shroyer officiating. Interment will follow at Snyder Cemetery under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mr. Lee was born on June 14, 1925 in Muleshoe, TX to George Washington and Lilly Jane ( Stone) Lee. He married Marjory Stewart on October 29, 1948 in Snyder, TX. She preceded him in death in 2012. He served in the United States Army for three years, participating in the American Campaign and World War II. Mr. Lee was a retired City Water superintendent and a member of First Christian Church in Snyder.
