Margie Lee Green

Margie Lee Green age 77 of Snyder, TX, passed away December 30, 2013 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas after a brief illness.

Services for Mrs. Green will be held on Friday, January 03, 2014 at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Drake officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Green was born on April 01, 1936 in Mitchell County, TX to Lee Audy and Thelma (Graham) Springfield. She married Clifford Green on April 20, 1956 in Colorado City, Texas. He preceded her in death on February 5, 1985. She was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church in Snyder. She also worked for Western Texas College for many years. Margie loved working for WTC, loved everybody, and always had a smile on her face.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; 1 sister, Nona Hitt; and 1 great granddaughter, Alexis Derrick.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 02, 2014 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
