Ernest Jefferson Richardson

E. J. Richardson, Jr., age 89 of Snyder, TX, died Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at his residence in Snyder, Texas after a lengthy illness.

Services for Mr. Richardson will be at 11 AM Friday at 37th Street Church of Christ with Mr. Dale Huff officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Funeral Home.

Mr. Richardson was born on Thursday, October 20, 1921 in Snyder, Tx. to Ernest Jefferson Richardson Sr. and Bennie (Cotton) Richardson . Mr. Richardson married Billy Lou Hays on March 21, 1942 in Snyder. He was a U.S Army Air Corps Veteran serving in WWII in the Army Air Command, Gold Coast of Africa, and was a charter member of 37th Street Church of Christ. He was also a 32nd degree Mason in the Scottish Rite.

(3) Grandson - Sam Hays Dillard and wife Lauren of Washington DC
Grandson - Jeff Dillard of Lubbock, Tx.
Grandson - James Bryant McAllister and wife Anne of Houston, Tx.
(1) Granddaughter - Sarah McAllister of Menard, Tx.

Visitation will be from 6-7 PM Thurs at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home
