J.D. Richmond

J. D. Richmond age 91 of Snyder, TX, died April 15, 2011 at Snyder Healthcare Center in Snyder after a brief illness.

Services for Mr. Richmond will be held at 4PM Sunday in the Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Long of the First Baptist Church in Kermit officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Funeral Home.

Mr. Richmond was born on December 06, 1919 in Yale, Oklahoma to Raymond Ward and Grace Mae (Barr) Richmond.
He married Macel Louise Nokes in Willis, Texas. She preceded him in death on March 1, 2005. Mr. Richmond was a production foreman for R.E. Smith and a consultant for Exxon. He was a mason and a member of Colonial Hill Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 sister; Arettah Ray Richmond and a daughter; Diana Leah Grimmett on January 24, 2005.
