Jake Leo Bryan Freeman age 17 of Snyder, Friday, May 27, 2011 at the University Medical Center in Lubbock
as a result of injuries sustained in a automobile accident.

Funeral Service will be at 2PM Thursday in the Bell-Cypert-Seale Chapel with Pastor Nicky Johnson of the Faith Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow in Snyder Cemetery under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Jake attended Ira High School and was about to finish his sophomore year there.

He was born January 5, 1994 in Snyder. He was lifetime resident.
