Charles Raymond Johnston age 69 of Ira, TX, died August 04, 2011 at his residence in Ira after a lengthy illness.

Mr. Johnston will be cremated and no services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mr. Johnston was born on April 19, 1942 in Whitney, Texas to Raymond and Ola Mae Johnston. He married Belle McCabe on September 22, 1970 in Lovington, NewMexico. He worked as a tool pusher for oilfield services and later became a truck driver for Price Construction where he retired in 2009.
