Mona Louise Woolever age 89 of Snyder, TX, died Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at her residence in Snyder after a lengthy illness.
Funeral services for Mrs. Woolever will be at 10:00 AM Thursday at the Union Baptist Church with Rev. Clinton Griffith pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in Hillside Memorial Gardens under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Funeral Home.
Mrs. Woolever was born in Scurry County on February 21, 1922 Mrs. Woolever was the daughter of the late Jack C. and Gertie (Sooter) Wilson. She had lived most of her life in Scurry County and Snyder. She was married to Owen C. (Buck) Woolever on December 29, 1940 in Scurry County. She and Mr. Woolever owned Mulligan"s Mall in Snyder for many years and also owned the first pawn shop in Snyder. She was a housewife and a member of the Union Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Woolever was preceded in death by her husband on Sept 13, 2002, a son, Stanley Woolever, on November 4, 2003 and a son-in-law;Bill Robbins, on December 6, 2009.
