William Charles West

William "Bil" West age 59 of Snyder, TX, died Friday morning at Covenant Lakeside in Lubbock, Texas after a brief illness.

Services for Mr. West will be held Sunday, October 30, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Larry McAden officiating. Interment will follow at Snyder Cemetery under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Funeral Home.

Mr. West was born February 13, 1952 in New Orleans, LA to W.F. and Carolyn (Ross) West. Mr. West worked for the Scurry County Sherriff"s Office for 28 years as a deputy sherriff and he was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Snyder.

Great Niece - Taeler Roberson, Snyder, TX

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be Saturday, October 29, 2011 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Memorials made be made to the Joe Arrington Cancer Center in Lubbock and the Scurry County Library.
