Norman "Corkey" Neyman, age 83 of Midland, TX, died Sunday, November 13, 2011 at Odessa Medical Center after a brief illness.
Funeral service for Mr. Neyman, will be 10 AM Friday at the Bell-Cypert-Seale Chapel with Rev. Leroy Ochoa, pastor of the Knapp Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow in Hillside Memorial Gardens under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Funeral Home.
Mr Neyman was born on June 21, 1928 in Corcicana Tx to the late Melvin and Jewell( Morris) Neyman. He served from 1952 to 1954 in the U. S. Army during the Korean War. He was married to Billie Sharon Tipping on July 24, 1949 in Corsicana. She preceded him in death on May 12, 2001. Mr. Neyman was was retired from the Texas- New Mexico Pipeline where he worked as a supervisor. He worked in Eunice, NM, Ozona Tx and Lamesa Texas. He was an active member in the Crestview Baptist Church while living in Lamesa. He had lived the last couple of years in Midland.
