Floyd Dale " Woody" Underwood age 65 of Snyder, TX, died Tuesday, November 06, 2012 at Cogdell Memorial Hospital in Snyder, Texas after a lengthy illness.

Services for Mr. Underwood will be held on Friday, November 09, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home with Rev. Clay Giddens officiating. Interment will be at 4PM on Friday at the Hope Cemetery in Henrietta, Texas under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mr.Underwood was born on August 23, 1947 in Wichita Falls, TX to Philo Benjamin and Mae (Woody) Underwood. He married Mary Hudson on June 07, 1974 in Monahans, TX. He worked as a truck driver and was a Baptist.

Visitation will be Thursday, November 08, 2012 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
