Charlene Patterson Whitfill

Charlene Patterson Whitfill age 81 of Snyder, TX, died Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas after a sudden illness.

Services for Mrs. Whitfill will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at 2:00 PM at 37th Street Church of Christ with Mr. Dale Huff officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Whitfill was born on June 07, 1931 in Floydada, TX to Harvey Richard and Bettie (Marshall) Patterson. She married Reuben Whitfill on May 24, 1956 in Floydada, Texas. She was a housewife and a member of the 37th St. Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Bernita Campbell; and six brothers, C.W., Bobby, Melvin, Marshall, Russell, and Charles Patterson.

Visitation will be Friday, November 16, 2012 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
