Elois Bell Davis

Mrs. Elois Bell Williams Davis age 86 of Snyder, TX, passed away Monday, January 27, 2014 at her residence in Snyder after a lengthy illness.

Services for Mrs. Davis will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at 2:00 PM at East Side Church of Christ with Mr. Tom Holcomb and Mr. Ken Spoor officiating. Interment will follow at Snyder Cemetery under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Davis was born on September 04, 1927 in Fort Worth, TX to John Alexander and Claudia (Baker) Williams. She married Wade Ernest Davis on November 09, 1947 in Fort Worth, Texas. He preceded her in death on April 10, 2008. Mrs. Davis was a member of several organizations including the Scurry County Museum, lifetime PTA member and the East Side Church of Christ.

She is survived by:

Laurel Davis, Snyder, TX
1 Son - James Ernest Davis, Abilene, TX
4 Grandchildren
3 Great Grandchildren

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Mildred Carpenter; and two brothers, Earl Williams and Jack Williams.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 28, 2014 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
