Mary Magdalen Leatherwood

Mary Leatherwood, 94 of Snyder,TX died on Saturday, July 12, 2014 in Snyder after a lengthy illness.

Service for Mrs. Leatherwood will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Larry McAden officiating. Internment will follow at Snyder Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mary Leatherwood was born on November 29, 1919 in Snyder, to Joe and Elzie Wortham. She married Virgil on January 14, 1946 in Snyder. He passed away in 1995.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Virgil, sister Dollie Snellgrove and brother John D. Wortham

Visitation will be held Monday, July 14, 2014 from 6pm to 7pm at the funeral home.
