Mr. Raymond Neil Beeks, 69 of Hermleigh,TX died on Tuesday, September 09, 2014 after a sudden illness.

Service for Mr. Neil Beeks will be held on Friday, September 12, 2014 , at 2:00 PM at Hermleigh First United Methodist Church with Reverend Elizabeth Billingsley and Reverend Daniel Ramey officiating. Internment will follow at Hermleigh Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mr. Beeks was born on October 03, 1944 in Roscoe, TX to Raymond and Sarah (Pettitt) Beeks. He married Cheryl Barringer on June 12, 1971 in Lamesa, TX. He loved to country & western dance and raise chickens. He served at Hermleigh Methodist Church for many years as lay leader and chairman of the board.

He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Nelson Beeks.

Visitation will be held Thursday, September 11, 2014 from 6pm to 7pm at the funeral home.
