Mrs. Glendena Ellis, 81 of Snyder,TX died on Saturday, September 20, 2014 in Lubbock after a lengthy illness.

Service for Mrs. Ellis will be held on Friday, September 26, 2014 , at 2:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home with Rev. Darrold Baldwin officiating. Internment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home

Mrs. Ellis was born on Thursday, September 14, 1933 in Independence, KS to Glenn and Stella(Hemper) Merrit.She married Harold Ellis on June 04, 1955 in Eastland, TX. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, Martha Ann Women's Club and First Baptist Church. She was a member of the Women's Golf Association and employed by H & L Services as secretary.
