Joy Howell

Mrs. Joy Howell, 87 of Abilene,TX died on Friday, November 28, 2014 in Abilene after a lengthy illness.

Services for Mrs. Howell will be held on Monday December 1, 2014 at First Baptist Church Chapel at 10 o'clock AM with Dr. Marty Akins officiating. Internment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Howell was born on Saturday, June 25, 1927 in Ira, TX to Henry and Zada (Miller) Taylor .She married Wilson Howell on Sunday, October 28, 1945 in Snyder, Tx. He preceded her in death on May 29, 2011. They were married for 65 1/2 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Snyder and taught 3rd grade Sunday school for 29 years.

Visitation will be held Sunday November 30, 2014 from 4 PM to 5 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
