A private graveside service was held. for Mr.Watkins. Services were under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mr. Watkins was born on March 24, 1943 in Colorado City, TX to Van and Mabel (Dodson) Watkins.He married Carol Pemberton on February 14, 1967 in Big Spring, TX. The were married for 48 years. Mr. Watkins was a retired foreman for Mitchell County.
