Mr. Lloyd Knipe, 87 of Snyder,TX died on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 in Snyder.

Services for Mr. Knipe will be held on Friday, May 15, 2015 , at 10:00 AM at First United Methodist Church with Reverend Brian Adams officiating. A 2:00 PM Masonic Graveside Service will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery in Merkel, TX. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mr. Knipe was born on October 17, 1927 in Iowa Park , TX to Howard and Opal (Watson) Knipe .He married Becky Seymore on October 06, 1949 in Merkel, Texas . He was a member of the Scurry Masonic Lodge # 706 as a 32 Degree Mason and York Rite. He was owner of Knipe Well Service for 16 years and owned the Snyder Recreation Center for 11 years. He was a US veteran having served in the United States Marine Corp.

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 14, 2015 from 5PM to 6 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
