Edgar Don Wittie

Mr. Edgar Don Wittie , 84 of Snyder, TX passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2015 in Snyder.

Funeral Service for Mr. Wittie will be held on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Colonial Hill Baptist Church at 2 PM with Dr. Tommy Culwell officiating. Internment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mr. Wittie was born on September 08, 1931 in Gatesville, TX to Elmer and Lillie (Huff) Wittie. He married Gayle Wright on December 20, 1952 in Andrews, Texas.

Don worked for Chevron for 38 years until his retirement. He was a member of Colonial Baptist Church for 53 years. He was a proud member of Scurry County Masonic Lodge #706, Scottish Rite and York Rite. He was honored with a 60 year Masonic Pin.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 from 6 PM to 7 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Memorials can be made to the Scurry County Food Cupboard and/or Scurry County Senior Center.
