Graveside Services for Mrs. Higgins will be held on Monday, February 01, 2016, at 2:00 PM at Snyder Cemetery with Rev. Ben Reid officiating. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Higgins was born on September 17, 1927 in Crosby County, TX to Noah and Minnie(Wansley) Brown.She married Thurman Higgins on April 17, 1948 in Snyder, TX. (He preceded her in death on September 17, 1964).

Mrs. Higgins was a resident of Snyder since 1936. She was a housewife and a member of First Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held Sunday, January 31, 2016 from 4 PM to 5 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
