Mrs. Mary Ella McCarter, 96 of Snyder,TX died on Monday, February 08, 2016 in Snyder.

Services for Mrs. McCarter will be held on Friday, February 12, 2016 , at 2:00 PM at Hermleigh First Baptist Church with Reverend Alan Culp officiating. Internment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. McCarter was born on Sunday, January 04, 1920 in Blue, OK to Thomas and Flora (Corley) Pherigo .She married Dayton McCarter on Sunday, December 31, 1939 in Canyon, Texas. Mr. McCarter passed away on September 6, 2003. Mrs. McCarter was a homemaker and a member of the Hermleigh First Baptist Church.

She is survived by:
1) Son - David McCarter of Snyder, Texas

She was preceded in death by:

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 11, 2016 from 6 PM to 7 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
