Funeral Services for Mr. Evans will be held on Monday, March 28, 2016 , at 2:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Williams officiating. Internment will follow at Snyder Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mr. Evans was born on February 13, 1949 in Snyder, TX to Raymond and Opal (Boothe) Evans. He married Anna (Womack) on May 31, 1986 in Snyder, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held Saturday, March 26, 2016 from 6 PM to 8 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
