Mr. Donald Gene Ray, 79 of Snyder, TX died on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 in Lubbock.
Funeral Service for Mr. Ray will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2016 , at 10:00 AM at First Baptist Chapel with Mr. David Jenkins officiating. Internment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
Mr. Ray was born on September 24, 1936 in Electra, TX to Jack and Lilly (Strange) Ray. He married the love of his life, Amelia Begeman on June 02, 1956 in Electra, Texas.
Don was an affectionate husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He retired from Mobil Corporation in 1996 and moved to Snyder, where he lived for 20 years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church. In his spare time he enjoyed wood-working and being actively involved in the lives of his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday, April 29, 2016 from 5 PM to 6 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
