Mrs. Neilda Word, 87 of Snyder,TX died on Friday, July 08, 2016 in Snyder, Texas

Services for Mrs. Word will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 , at 10:00 AM at Colonial Hill Baptist Church with Dr. Tommy Culwell officiating. Internment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Word was born on Wednesday, May 29, 1929 in Itasca, TX to Youitt Bliss and Rosa Ann (Cooper) Reese. Neilda worked for J. C. Penny's and was a teller at Community Bank of Snyder for many years. She was an active member at her church home Colonial Hill Baptist church. She was a Sunday school teacher and a member of the choir. Neilda was also an active leader with Home Bound Care, for people at home and in our rest homes.

She is survived by

Carol Graves and husband Greg, Snyder, TX
Elizabeth Ballinger and husband John, Lubbock, TX
1) Son - David Word, Snyder, TX
11) Grandchildren
23) Great Grandchildren

She was preceded in death by:
1) Son-in-Law: Troy Hall
5) Sisters
3) Brothers

Visitation will be held Monday, July 11, 2016 from 6 PM to 7 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
