Eram Sierra Alvarez

Eram Sierra Alvarez, 63 of Colorado City passed away July 16, 2016 in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born September 11, 1952 in Colorado City, Texas to Filiberto Alvarez and Senaida Sierra. Eram was a very humble and unassuming person that lived his entire life according to the gospels. He was a devout Catholic and was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church in Colorado City. His family and friends were drawn by his genuine love for them and his faith. His family mourns his passing, but they know that God had ended his suffering due to his illness. Eram has crossed the Jordan River and has opened the gates of heaven and has seen the faces of his beloved wife, mother, father, brothers and sisters as they welcome him with laughter and joy to this place of perpetual happiness. Eram is survived by his children, Adam Cruz Alvarez, Crystal D'Ann Alvarez, Sisters, Mary Rios, Linda Melendez, Mary Lou Sosa, Irma Gracia; Brothers, Ruben Alvarez, Rene Alvarez, Daniel Alvarez Sierra, Jose Alvarez Sierra and Alfredo Sierra Alvarez. Eram was preceded in death by his Beloved Wife, Landra Alvarez; Mother, Senaida Sierra and Father, Filiberto Alvarez; Brothers, Eriberto Alvarez, Anastacio Alvarez, Ray Alvarez and Porfirio Rios and Sisters, Ofelia "Mary" Bradshaw and Rosalinda Castillo. There will be a private service for Eram at Serenity Memorial Gardens in Midland, TX.
