Jimmie Frank Roemisch, Sr.

On Monday, July 18, 2016, Jimmie Frank Roemisch, Sr., went to be with his Lord and his wife, Linda at 5:53pm.

We will celebrate his life with a Graveside Service on Thursday, July 21, 2016 , at 10:00 AM at Hermleigh Cemetery with Wayne Shuffield officiating and assisted by Alan Culp. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

All that knew Jimmie couldn't help but love him. Many enjoyed him as the voice of Hermleigh Cardinals football for over 20 years. Raising show animals and going to stock shows were a passion of Jimmie's and through this part of his life, he made many friends he held very dear. He made his living by farming cotton and managing the Hermleigh gin for over 25 years.

He is survived by his children, Chip Roemisch and wife, Marilyn of Andrews, TX, Melinda Anderson and husband, Michael of Lubbock, TX, and Jeff Roemisch of De Leon, TX. He is also survived by two sisters; Lorene Warneki and Viola Creswell & ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. There are two women Jimmie and Linda loved as daughters, Glenda Anderson of Hermleigh, TX and Susan Heath and husband, Mark of Arlington, TX.

He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, John and Mary Roemisch, four brothers, and three sisters.

Visitation will be at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 from 6-8pm.
