Virginia Canales Barboza

Our Mother, Virginia Canales Barboza, 88 of Snyder, TX has been united in Heaven, with her beloved husband, Jose Barboza and her lovely daughter, Olga Barboza on Monday, August 15, 2016 in Snyder.

Funeral Mass for Mrs. Barboza will be held on Friday, August 19, 2016 , at 2:00 PM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Raj Arokiasamy officiating. Internment will follow at Snyder Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Barboza was born on October 18, 1927 in Del Rio, TX to Feliciano and Dionicia(Gomez) Canales. She married Jose on February 18, 1946 in Del Rio, Texas.

Mrs. Barboza was a parishioner and a Crusillista of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church as well as being involved as a Guadalupana for several years in Snyder.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, Olga Barboza; and sister, Beatrice Ortegon.

Rosary will be will be held Thursday, August 18, 2016 at 6 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
