Mr. Jerry Don Mitchell, 73 of Snyder,TX died on Friday, August 26, 2016 in Lubbock, Texas

Services for Mr. Mitchell will be held on Monday, August 29, 2016 , at 2:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home with Reverend Joshua Smith of Central Baptist Church in Hermleigh, Texas officiating. Internment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mr. Mitchell was born on Thursday, April 22, 1943 in Lamesa, TX to R. P. and Nena (Foy) Mitchell .He married Beverly K. Garrett on Saturday, January 11, 1964 in Snyder, Texas. Mr. Mitchell was a longtime Snyder resident. He worked for Texaco for 32 years and retired in 1999. He was also a lifetime farmer.

Visitation will be held Sunday, August 28, 2016 from 2 PM to 3 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
