Martha Mae Davis

Mrs. Martha Mae Davis, 96 of Ira, TX passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2016 in Snyder.

Funeral Service for Mrs. Davis will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2016, at 2:00 PM at First Assembly of God with Pastor Steven Pena. officiating and assisted by Reverend Eddie Davis and Reverend Phillip Brown. Internment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Davis was born on April 23, 1920 in Summerville County, TX to William and Mary (Lewandowski) Horton. She married Melton Edwin Davis on March 19, 1939 in Snyder, TX. He preceded her in death on November 11, 2006.

Mrs. Davis was a housewife and worked in the kitchen and janitorial services for Gail I.S.D., she was a member of The First Assembly of God Church in Snyder.

15 Grandchildren and 32 Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 4 sisters and 2 brothers.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 29, 2016 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
