Mr. John Henry "Johnny" Roddy, 96 of Snyder, TX died on Sunday, December 18, 2016 in Snyder, Texas

Services for Mr. Roddy will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 , at 2:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home with Reverend Neely Landrum officiating. Internment will follow at Fluvanna Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mr. Roddy was born on Wednesday, December 01, 1920 in Honeygrove, TX to Jim and Maggie(Cobb) Roddy.He married Juanita Lindsey on Wednesday, March 16, 1949 in Snyder, TX. Mr. Roddy, was a Pearl Harbor survivor having served in WWII. He was enlisted in the Air Force and the Navy, serving 21 years active duty. After retiring Mr. Roddy returned to Fluvanna to farm and ranch.
