Mr. Bob Byrd, 88 of Clairemont,TX died on Friday, September 08, 2017 in Jayton, Texas.

Services for Mr. Byrd will be held on Monday September 11, 2017 at 2:30 PM at First Baptist Church in Jayton, Tx. Burial will follow at the Clairemont Cemetery. Services are under the directions of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Bob was born on September 11, 1928 to Charlie and Lizzie Bryd. He married Maricate Warren on September 27, 1951 and they had 2 daughters and 1 son.

Bob is survived by three children, Lisa Starkey and husband Skip of Cross Plains, Tx., Lori Chisum and husband George of Jayton, Tx., and Barry Byrd and wife Renee of Weatherford, one brother Jim Bryd of Post, Tx., 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Maricate and 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

Vistatation will be held fro 2-4 PM Sunday September 10, 2017 at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
