Mrs. Ida Davenport Stokes, 91 of Snyder, TX died on Thursday, December 07, 2017 in Lubbock.

Funeral Service for Mrs. Stokes will be held on Monday, December 11, 2017, at 10:00 AM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Jackson officiating. Internment will follow at Westbrook Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Stokes was born on January 02, 1926 in Davis, OK to Charles and Lula(Jamar) Davenport. She married Herman Lee Stokes on October 02, 1946 in Colorado City, TX. He preceded her in death on March 24, 2011. She was an LVN at Cogdell Memorial Hospital for 25 years and worked for Dr. Jones for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, two sisters and four brothers.

Visitation will be held Sunday, December 10, 2017 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
