Mrs.Charlotte Ann Seay, 73 of Abilene,TX formerly of Snyder died on Saturday, December 16, 2017 in Abilene, Texas.

Services for Mrs. Seay will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2017, at 2:00 PM at First United Methodist Church with Reverend David Blackwell officiating. Internment will follow at Snyder Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Seay was born on Wednesday, August 09, 1944 in Knox City, TX to Neil and Marion (Clonts) Perdue .She married Duane Seay on December 08, 1966 in Knox City, Tx. She worked for State Farm Insurance company in Lufkin, Tx. for 25 years before moving to Snyder and working for Hugh Boren and Son for many years. She was a member of the First United Methodist church in Snyder and a an avid golfer.
