Mr. Joe Michael Bass, 67 of Snyder, TX died on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 in Snyder.

Funeral Mass for Mr. Bass will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2017, at 2:00 PM at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church with Monsignor Arsenio Redulla officiating and assisted by Monsignor Gerry Leatham. Internment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mr. Bass was born on October 11, 1950 in Big Spring, TX to Prentis and Joyce (Nolen) Bass.He married Carol (Sleeman) on August 20, 1973 in Sandy, Oregon.

He was an air traffic controller in the U.S. Air Force for 21 years, a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, worked for Y-Z Industries and Cogdell Memorial Hospital and he loved golfing and bass fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Julie Bass Walton.

Visitation will be held Friday, December 29, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
