Mr. Cecil Don Vineyard, 77 of Snyder, TX died on Saturday, January 06, 2018 in Snyder.

Funeral Service for Mr. Vineyard will be held on Wednesday, January 10, 2018, at 10:00 AM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home with Reverend/Mayor Tony Wofford officiating and assisted by Mr. Michael Kruger. Internment will follow at Hermleigh Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mr. Vineyard was born on May 12, 1940 in Hermleigh, TX to Bishop and Dovie (Bullard) Vineyard. He Married Patricia Ann (Dees) on September 2, 1959. She preceded him in death on September 10, 2004. He married Frances (Myers) on June 19, 2013 in Las Vegas, NV.

He was a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army, past Board Member of Scurry County Farm Bureau, Lone Wolf Electric Coop, Scurry County Fair Board Agricultural Superintendent. He was a longtime Scurry County farmer and stockman, and managed a gin for planters for several years. He enjoyed a 20 plus year career in the Texas Army National Guard. .

and faithful companion (Chihuaha) , Luther.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Sister, Nola Fae Vineyard; 2 brothers, Doug and Roy Lee Vineyard and son, Justin Adams.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 09, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
