Graveside Services for Mr. Ballard will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2018, at 2:00 PM at Trinity Memorial Park, Big Spring, TX . Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mr. Ballard was born on May 26, 1929 in Avery, TX to Robert and Annie Mae (Smith) Ballard. He married Layce (Lawdermilk) on January 20, 1954 in Big Spring, TX. She preceded him in death on July 4, 2012.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and son, Rickie Dan Ballard.
