Alma Faye Posey

Mrs. Alma Faye Posey 92, was called home by our Lord and Savior on Tuesday, September 01, 2020. She was born to C. M. and Audra Manning in Port Acres, Texas.

Services for Mrs. Posey will be held on Saturday, September 05, 2020, at 2:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home with Dr. Tommy Culwell officiating. Internment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Alma worked for Snyder Laundry and Snyder Savings and Loan until her two boys finished their education. She enjoyed quilting and bowling. She and her husband Strick traveled to senior bowling tournaments throughout the state. She was a member of East Side Church of Christ,

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Strick Posey. Three brothers, A. V. Manning, Marvin Manning and Melvin Manning. Two sisters, Emma May Light and Mattlyn Merrick.

Survivors include Cy Posey and wife Ronna of Snyder, Dr. James Posey and wife Dana of Corpus Christi. One sister Birdie Hornsberger of Sweetwater.One brother C. M. Manning of Midland. Seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

No visitation is planned.
