Mrs. Becky Nan Knipe, 90 of Snyder,TX died on Sunday, April 4, 2021 in Snyder.
Services for Mrs. Knipe will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 10 AM at First United Methodist Church with Pastor Ryan Ford officiating. Internment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery at 2 PM. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
Becky Knipe was born on March 25, 1931 in Merkel, TX to Joseph Weldon and Dolly Malinee (Toombs) Seymore .She married Howard Lloyd Knipe on October 6, 1949 in Merkel, Texas and he preceded her in death on May 13, 2015. She was a member of the Ladies Golf Association and City Golf Champion for 3 consecutive years; 1970-1973. She attended First United Methodist Church for many years. She also was a Pink Lady at Cogdell Memorial Hospital. She loved to play games such as Bridge and Dominoes with her family. She was the biggest fan for the Dallas Cowboys and the Texas Rangers and she never missed a Sunday afternoon game of golf. She was a proud 1948 graduate of Merkel High School and went on to graduate 3 more times for all of her boys.
