Mrs. Billie Louise Pippin, 71, of Snyder, TX, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2025 at her home in Snyder. A funeral for Mrs. Pippin will be held at 10 AM Monday, February 10, 2025, at Bell-Cypert-Seale Chapel with Reverend Danny Williams officiating, burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Pippin was born on April 23, 1953, to Ed and Ellen (Prosise) Edward in Colorado City, TX. Billie Married Jester Pippin on October 7, 1969, in Snyder, TX.
