Billy Don Payne

Billy Don Payne lived a wonderful life of 70 plus years and 40 1/2 years with wife Trish, 5 kids, 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildreen. Billy died on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at Cogdell Memorial Hospital in Snyder, Texas

A visitation for Mr. Payne will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.  Arrangements are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Billy Don Payne was born on Saturday, March 8, 1952 in Colorado City, TX to Clarence Weldon and Opal Earline (Tow) Payne. He married Trish Coppedge on July 1, 1981. Bill will be missed by anyone that's known him. He never met a stranger and was always ready to lend a helping hand. He was a great dad and granddad. He was proud of all his kids and grandkids. He always saw the best in people. He was a true friend. Bill was a great guy, no one was better than him.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 from 6 to 7 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home
