Catarina Torres

Mrs. Catarina Torres, 96 of Snyder,TX died on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at her residence in Snyder.

Services for Mrs. Torres will be held on Friday, June 29, 2018 , at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Raj Arokiasamy officiating. Internment will follow at Snyder Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Torres was born on Monday, February 13, 1922 in El Narango, TX to Felix and Maria Nieves (Pesina) Deleon. She married Antonio Torres on Friday, November 11, 1938 in Rio Hondo, Tx.. he preceded her in death September 4, 2012. Catarina was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church and was the oldest surviving member of the Guadalupanas. She loved to sew with the ladies at the Scurry County Senior Center and spending time with her family.

A rosary will be held Thursday, June 28, 2018 from 6 PM to 7 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
